1. Welcome to Manhattan Suites

By using our website or mobile application, you agree to follow these terms. We're here to help you find and book accommodations throughout New York City.

2. Our Role

Manhattan Suites connects guests with accommodation providers. When you book a stay, you enter a contract directly with the host, not with us. We help facilitate the process but are not responsible for the accommodations themselves.

3. Using Manhattan Suites

Please use our platform responsibly. Don’t misuse the website or app, and don’t use it for commercial purposes without permission. Automated data collection (scraping, crawling) is prohibited.

4. Booking and Payment

You’re responsible for reviewing the host’s payment and cancellation policies before you book. We’re not a payment processor or merchant of record; we just help coordinate your reservation.

5. Accuracy of Listings

We aim to show accurate information, but providers manage their own listings. Manhattan Suites isn’t liable for incorrect or outdated content.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Each host sets their own cancellation terms. Always check the fine print before booking. For help, contact us or the host directly.

7. User Conduct

We expect all guests to treat hosts and properties with respect. Violations (harassment, illegal activity, damage, etc.) may result in account restrictions or bans.

8. Fair Housing Commitment

Manhattan Suites complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws. We are committed to equal opportunity in housing and do not tolerate discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, familial status, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law. All hosts and users must uphold these values.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

We do our best, but things happen. We’re not liable for indirect damages or service issues caused by the provider. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the reservation.

10. Intellectual Property

Everything on our site (design, branding, reviews, etc.) is owned by Manhattan Suites. Please don’t copy or use it without permission.

11. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to resolve concerns by contacting us first. If needed, disputes will be settled by arbitration in New York under AAA rules.
